As a Certified Birth Doula, I accompany women and their families in labor to ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. With over 20 years of birthing expertise, let me provide you with the confidence you need at this special time. I draw on my professional training, knowledge and experience to help the laboring woman work with her body. 

Services:
I provide emotional support, physical comfort, and as needed, communication with the staff to make sure that you have the   information you need to make informed decisions. 

I can provide reassurance and an objective viewpoint to you and your partner. 

I make suggestions to help labor progress and help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other techniques for comfort.

I do not replace the partner, instead I assist them in providing comfort measures to ease the laboring woman’s discomfort. 

I can ease some of the emotional stress your partner/significant other can experience during labor, so that they can enjoy just being with the laboring woman during this special time.

I am independent and self-employed.  As your doula, I am working for you, not your doctor/midwife or hospital.

Fees:
The normal fee associated with the services provided is $600, and repeat clients receive a discount.

Additional Services Available: Childbirth Instruction Private Training $100.
